Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order or received the wrong item, we are committed to making it right.
Return Process

Email our team within 14 days of receipt with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 2.Verification
Our team will review your request and, if applicable, provide a return authorization for non-perishable items like equipment.
- 3.Packaging
Securely pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund or ship a replacement within 3-5 business days.
